Your Role

As a working student in the AI field, you'll be the driving force behind our company's digital transformation. You'll work directly with management, analyze internal processes, and develop AI solutions to simplify and accelerate our workflows. You'll be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and integrating AI tools that will lead us toward an automated and future-proof direction.

Your Responsibilities

• AI-powered Process Optimization: You'll analyze existing workflows and develop tailored AI-based solutions to automate and increase efficiency.
• Strategic Consulting: You'll advise management on integrating AI into our long-term company strategy and be responsible for continuously improving internal processes.
• Technology and Trends: You'll stay up-to-date on AI developments and analyze relevant trends and tools to proactively integrate them into our business processes.
• Tool Integration and Implementation: You'll research, test, and implement AI tools that meet our company's specific needs.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: You'll conduct training sessions for our employees to effectively introduce AI-supported processes and encourage company-wide adoption.
• Change Management: You'll ensure a smooth introduction of changes and support employees in adapting to new, AI-supported ways of working.

Your Profile

• Experience in Artificial Intelligence and process automation is desirable.
• Analytical skills and innovative spirit: You understand how business processes work and can develop creative AI-driven solutions to improve them.
• Experience with common AI tools and platforms: You're familiar with current AI technologies and can apply them in a practical environment.
• Project management competencies: You can manage complex projects, both operationally and strategically.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit: You can convey complex information clearly and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration.
• High self-initiative and passion for innovation: You want to actively shape the company's future and have a proactive attitude toward new technologies.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
