Key Account Manager:in B2B

Your Role
As a Key Account Manager in the B2B sector, you will play a crucial role in direct sales and customer acquisition. Your goal is to establish new business relationships and to provide optimal care and support to existing sales partners. You will independently manage operational customer relationships, including the organisation and execution of regular analysis discussions and the coordination of marketing strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordination and handling of inquiries and orders from our retail customers
  • Direct customer support as well as partner management by ensuring perfect service and support for our distribution partners
  • Independent project management and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Development, implementation, and analysis of sales strategies considering sales reports and forecasts
  • Independent development and implementation of marketing measures
  • Participation in trade fairs and customer visits both domestically and internationally
Your Profile

  • At the forefront for us are personality, experience, ambitions, initiative, and creativity.
  • You have a commercial acumen, ideally with a completed degree in business administration or a commercial training, preferably as an industrial clerk or in wholesale and foreign trade, and preferably have professional experience in the specified area of responsibility.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • You are highly motivated, want to make a difference, and are goal-oriented.
  • You have a talent for persuasion and demonstrate sales closure ability and creativity in sales.
  • You have an affinity for MS Office and ERP systems.
  • You are willing to travel.
